Blogging at the request of my mother.

I'm tired. So very very tired. I'm not having any issues with the time of day here, my flights worked in my favour that way but i just haven't had much sleep lately. I can't remember the last time I slept for a solid 8 hours. Not even five hours. I've been going to bed around 9.30pm and getting up at 6.30 for class but it's hard to sleep through the night. It's loud here. The common room is outside our room and there are girls still up at 2 am listening to music in there pretty loudly. It's just loud and busy.

I'm half way through my second day of classes and honestly, it's pretty boring. My teacher is lovely and hilarious the work but realistically it's year 12 child development aka common sense 101 all over again. I've been spending most of my free time and meal times with Lauren, Mary and Nikki when we find her. They're Australian and lovely, even if they do say 'H' weirdly and mock the way I speak haha. 

It's not actually very cold here. It's super warm inside, and usually about 1c outside which actually isn't that cold and we barely even venture outside. We sleep with the windows open in our room because it gets so warm with the heaters constantly on.

Tomorrow we're going into NYC and I'm pretty excited! I haven't really taken any photos here yet so I'll definitely be taking some tomorrow! The campus here is beautiful, were surrounded by water and boat houses haha. I don't really want to leave although I'm looking forward to some sun in Florida!
